Terms of Service
By using Local Search Ally — this website, or the services offered through it — you agree to these terms. Please read them. They're written plainly and shouldn't take long.
1. Who this is for
Local Search Ally is designed for home service contractors and small business owners who want to improve their visibility in Google local search. You must be 18 or older and operating a legitimate business to use this service.
2. No ranking guarantees
I don't guarantee specific search rankings, Map Pack positions, or business results. Local search visibility depends on factors outside my control — Google's algorithm, your market competition, your review velocity, and your own business operations.
The tools surface data and surface problems. Acting on that data is up to you. Results will vary.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the platform without permission.
- Misrepresent your business information when requesting or receiving work.
4. Third-party data
Reports and audits I prepare pull data from third-party sources — Google, DataForSEO, Gemini, and others. That data reflects what those services return at the time of the scan. I can't guarantee its accuracy or completeness, and results may differ from what you see in your own Google Business Profile account or other tools.
5. Limitation of liability
Local Search Ally is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chad Smith and Local Search Ally are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost revenue, lost rankings, or data loss.
In no event will liability exceed the amount you've paid for the service in the 30 days prior to the claim.
6. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, I'll notify active clients by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes will be handled in Benton County, AR.
